The Laboratory (formerly Conteco srl), established in 1988 on the initiative of a group of entrepreneurs working in the environmental sector, deals with chemical analyses of water, soil and waste. The Laboratory is constantly growing in order to guarantee an ever-better and cutting-edge service, which is carried out thanks to our team of trained and competent personnel who , through the continuous implementation of new equipment and the ever-vigilant control of quality and calibrations, are able to offer the customer:

Environmental Analysis

Waste

Over the years, Conteco has specialised in analytical waste management by offering its customers the following services:

  • Field sampling of waste according to UNI 10802 and UNI 15442
  • Product analysis
  • Waste characterisation analysis in accordance with Legislative Decree 152/2006 and subsequent amendments and supplements with the relevant classification note for the assignment of hazard characteristics
  • Specific analyses for recovery according to DM 161 of 12/06/2002 and DM 05/02/1998
  • Specific analyses for landfill disposal including eluates according to D.Lgs n.36/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 121 of 03/09/2020 (implementation of EU Directive 2018/850)


In order to ensure a better and accurate classification of waste, the laboratory works closely with the customer in order to be able to compare analytical results, production process and raw materials that are involved in waste generation.

Waters

Chemical analyses are performed on industrial waste water according to Legislative Decree 152/2006 as amended.

  • D.Lgs 152/2006: waste water in sewers
  • Legislative Decree 152/2006 : surface waterbody waters
  • D.Lgs 152/2006: waste water on soil

Land

Soil characterisation analyses are performed according to Legislative Decree 152/2006 as amended.
  • Legislative Decree 152/2006 : Reclaimed land
  • Legislative Decree 152/2006: Land for residential use
  • Legislative Decree 152/2006: Land for industrial use
