Whistleblowing

Respect for ethical principles is innate in the heritage of the Séché Environnement group and Furia S.r.l. Integrity and respect for our values, particularly those expressed in our Codes of Ethics and Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct, are fundamental to our reputation and the trust placed in us by our stakeholders. We are committed to creating an environment where open and honest communication is the norm, not the exception.

In order to ensure the application of ethical principles, Furia S.r.l. has introduced an internal reporting system available to employees, collaborators and third parties that allows them to report, among others, the following conduct:

  • offences and violations of national and European Union law;
  • offences and violations of the Furia S.r.l. Code of Ethics and the Group’s Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct;
  • relevant situations pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and violations of Furia S.r.l. ‘s organisation, management and control model;
  • conduct of gender-based harassment or violence relevant under UNI/PdR 125:2022.

Reports can be made via a secure and confidential online platform, managed by an external provider, accessible at the following link: www.groupe-seche.com/le-groupe/ethique-et-conformite. The information provided will be treated completely confidentially and, if desired, anonymously. We guarantee that every report will be taken seriously and that retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith will not be tolerated.

As an alternative to reporting online, it is possible to submit reports orally, by telephone, to the Company ‘s Supervisory Board or in person through a face-to-face meeting. The e-mail address of the Supervisory Board is: odv.furia@sechegroup.com.

For more details on the internal reporting system and how to use alternative reporting channels, see the document Internal Reporting System (Whistleblowing).
