Coinciding with the adoption of the Prevention, Organisation and Management Model, Furia s.r.l. equipped itself with a Code of Ethics, defined as the Company’s ‘ ConstitutionalCharter ‘.
The Code of Ethics is documented, implemented, kept active and communicated to all persons working or collaborating in various capacities with Furia srl, as well as to its contractors/subcontractors.
It represents a charter of moral rights and duties, which defines the ethical and social responsibility of each participant in the business organisation.
The Code of Ethics is an effective tool aimed at preventing behaviour deemed non-compliant with company policies and the Board of Directors’ guidelines in the ordinary exercise of company functions by Managers and Employees, clearly and explicitly introducing the social and ethical responsibilities of all Furia S.r.l. personnel.
Recipients are therefore called upon to respect the values and principles enshrined in the Code of Ethics and are required to protect and preserve, through their own behaviour, the respectability and image of Furia s.r.l. as well as the integrity of its economic and human assets.
